Sports photography is simply that, it is having a sporting event that you are a part of in a game setting of whatever sport you play, and having your photos taken. There are options to have the photographer take shots of the team or an individual doing a sport that is not in the actual competitive mode, it can be a practice or a friendly pickup game. Whatever the case may be, again, planning needs to go into having a photography company comes to the location of your event and have the pictures taken. The next step is to have the photographer decide whether or not to take a picture of the entire team prior to the game, after the game, or to take actions shots of individuals during the game action.
